No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. However, we are committed to resolving any issues with damaged or incorrect items.
Damaged on Arrival
We understand that shipping mishaps can occur. If your items arrive damaged, please follow these steps:
- Report the Damage: Notify us at mark@rienne.co within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide Photos: Include photos of the damaged items and packaging as it arrived. Retain all packaging materials as UPS may require them for inspection.
- Resolution: Upon receiving the required information, we will promptly re-ship the damaged items and manage the claim with the carrier directly.
Incorrect or Missing Items
We take great care in packing every order, but mistakes can happen. If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete:
- Notify Us: Email mark@rienne.co within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
- Resolution: We will verify the issue and, if confirmed, ship the correct or missing items immediately.
Important Notes
- Timely Reporting: Claims reported after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
- Order Verification: We reserve the right to review all claims against our shipping and packaging records.
- Repeat Claims: Multiple claims from the same customer will be subject to additional review to prevent misuse of this policy.
- Liability: Once orders leave our warehouse, Rienne is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
