Provenance — origin, terroir, the lineage of place and hand. The wine world's word, always. The word that belongs here too. Every bottle on this wall is real wine: the grapes, the land, the vintage.

These are wines made by people who refused the usual compromise. The alcohol is drawn away under vacuum, nothing else touched — so structure, acidity, and finish stay exactly where the winemaker left them. Tasted blind, several have surprised people who pour wine for a living.

What follows is the selection. Every bottle chosen by the house, kept with intention.
