The Flagship Atelier

A permanent home for discovery, training, and partnership.

Opening in historic Coral Gables in 2026, Rienne’s flagship atelier will serve as the physical expression of our philosophy.

Part tasting bar, part education space, and part center for program development, it will serve as a permanent archive of our portfolio, standards, and operating approach to modern hospitality.

Designed for operators, collaborators, and discerning guests alike, the atelier will host curated tastings, partner training, seasonal portfolio edits, and private consultations — supporting both experiential excellence and operational consistency.

The atelier anchors Rienne’s hospitality programs, partner development, and long-term market presence.

Leads Rienne’s hospitality growth and commercial strategy, overseeing market development and trade partnerships with a focus on program architecture, margin-conscious curation, and long-term brand equity. With over two decades of experience in brand leadership and high-touch commerce, Karen guides Rienne’s positioning with clarity, discipline, and intent.


Mark Ornstein — Co-Founder, Portfolio & Brand Relations
Oversees portfolio development and supplier relations, stewarding Rienne’s brand partnerships with an emphasis on alignment, quality, and scalable execution. With a background in corporate finance and systems management, Mark supports the operational foundation that enables Rienne’s disciplined, sustainable growth.
