The Water Cellar

Glacial, volcanic, artesian. Four continents.

To pour water with the same intention as wine is to remember that water came first. Long before fermented grapes and distilled grain, the most considered tables in the world were defined by the spring they drew from. The Romans named their cities for them; the Japanese built tea ceremonies around them.

The cellar is RIENNE's standing collection of the world's most distinctive springs — eight sources, chosen for origin, mineral composition, and what unfolds when the right water finds the right moment. Some are still, some are sparkling, some barely there at all. Each is poured with the same intention as the bottle beside it.

Mineral content shapes the character of water much like terroir shapes wine.

Across this spectrum, mineral concentration reveals itself through texture, structure, and presence on the palate from waters that whisper to those of remarkable depth.
