RIENNE is building a home. The Atelier at The Plaza is the first place where the work we have been quietly composing takes physical form — a space to taste, to learn, to gather, to reconsider what the considered pour can be.

At its center sits Bar Rienne, a tasting bar where the full range of the zero-proof world is poured, explored, and taken seriously. Around it, rooms for immersions — private programs led by our bartenders, built for those who want to go further into the craft, the taste, and the depth of the category.

The Atelier is also the name of what comes next. In time, a membership. For now, a place we are making — in view of those who choose to belong.
