Curated for the country's most considered rooms.

Zero-proof programs for rooms where the pour is given the same thought as the plate. RIENNE holds exclusive rights to the labels that define the category — several poured through RIENNE alone in South Florida, some across the country.

The shift.

The most considered guests no longer ask what they're drinking. They ask why. RIENNE exists for operators who see the shift — and want a program equal to their room.

Our Approach

• Program architecture, not product drops.

• Portfolios curated to the room and its concept.

• Floor teams trained in the craft they pour — at the Atelier, or on your floor.

• A reliable cadence, quietly executed.

What Partners Receive

• Preferred terms.

• A portfolio aligned to your concept.

• Menu and pairing guidance from our bar team.

• Dedicated account support, Miami-based.

• On-site training and service education.

The portfolio.

Fine wines, botanical spirits, sparkling teas, beers, rare waters — and the Still Room. Selected from the category's most accomplished makers; several poured through RIENNE alone. The full portfolio is shared in conversation, matched to your concept.

Who We Partner With

Our accounts include Michelin-starred restaurants, Bib Gourmand establishments, Forbes Travel Guide-rated hotels, and leading hospitality groups across the country.

Stockists

For shops, spas, clubs, and hotels that carry bottles rather than pour them.

RIENNE holds exclusive rights to several labels for this channel — in South Florida and, for some, nationwide — available through the house alone. A stockist receives the same terms, training, and account support as the rooms we pour in.

Our account list stays private. Discretion is part of how we serve these rooms.
