Inside: Jasmine — green tea from Fujian, layered with fresh blossoms over several nights. Hojicha — slow-roasted and savory, from Shizuoka. Darjeeling — first-flush from a single estate in the Indian Himalayas, muscatel and refined. Each cold-brewed for twenty-four hours, finished with a fine bead.
