Introducing Tomonotomo—the first and only non-alcoholic agave spirit made from real, wild-harvested Tobalá agave, slow-smoked in Oaxaca and distilled from the ground up without alcohol. Unlike imitations or alternatives, Tomonotomo is not a substitute for tequila or mezcal—it’s a category-defining spirit born from the same care and ritual as its alcoholic counterparts, yet accessible to all.
Tomonotomo is artisanal, smoky, and unapologetically pure, distilled in a custom copper still with 15 indigenous Mexican herbs and spices. The result is a rare and complex agave spirit that’s naturally non-alcoholic, with a smoky aroma, earthy depth, and a long, clean finish. It can be sipped neat or mixed into zero-proof cocktails, offering the depth and ritual of mezcal—without the alcohol, sugar, or shortcuts.
