Suntory built this soda for one purpose: to carry a spirit without softening around it. The bubble is fine and hard, the water beneath it clean at ninety milligrams per litre, and the whole thing is engineered for precision in a way almost no other sparkling water is. That intent is why it entered the house.
It arrives in a 240 ml bottle — the smallest format on the wall, and deliberately so: a single serve, opened fresh, at full pressure. It is the sparkling water the bar reaches for, and a properly serious drink on its own.
