Lowcountry, in two notes.
Built in the Lowcountry of South Carolina by brothers Billy and Sean Watterson — distillers who came to this from a working whiskey distillery, and brought all of that craft to a bottle the zero-proof shelf didn't yet have. Awarded a Silver Medal at the 2024 Los Angeles Spirits Awards.
Pink grapefruit and fresh basil — composed into a two-part pour with a whisper of warming spice across the close. Tart at the front. Herbal through the middle. Clean at the lift, with a quiet heat that arrives last. Citrus and garden, in conversation.
The Pour
Pour it long over ice with tonic and a wide ribbon of grapefruit peel — an aperitivo for a long dinner. Stir it into a zero-proof Paloma with fresh lime and a salted rim. Or sip it neat over a single rock when wine isn't calling and the table needs something brighter.
