Built in the Lowcountry of South Carolina by brothers Billy and Sean Watterson — distillers who came to this from a working whiskey distillery, and brought all of that craft to a bottle the zero-proof shelf didn't yet have. Awarded a Silver Medal at the 2023 Los Angeles Spirits Awards.
Lemon zest, cool cucumber, serrano pepper — composed into a three-part pour where the heat is the last thing said and stays a moment after. Bright at the front. Cooling through the middle. The pepper lifts at the close — quiet, considered, unmistakable.
The Pour
Pour it long over ice with tonic and a wide ribbon of lemon — clean, cool, with a finish of warmth. Build it into a zero-proof Bloody Mary with tomato, lime, and a salted rim. Or sip it neat over a single rock when the night calls for something brighter — and a little bolder.
