Amethyst Watermelon Lime
Lowcountry, in summer.
Built in the Lowcountry of South Carolina by brothers Billy and Sean Watterson — distillers who came to this from a working whiskey distillery, and brought all of that craft to a bottle the zero-proof shelf didn't yet have. The brightest expression in the Amethyst family.
Sun-ripened watermelon and zesty lime — composed into a two-part pour with a whisper of spice across the close. Juicy at the front. Tart through the middle. The lime lifts the close, and a quiet warmth arrives just after — the smallest reminder that this is, still, a spirit.
The Pour
Pour it long over ice with sparkling water and a wide wedge of lime — a poolside drink, made elegant. Shake it into a zero-proof margarita with fresh lime, agave, and a salted rim. Or sip it neat over a single rock when the afternoon is hot and the porch is calling.
