BOLLE Chardonnay Reserve is a non-alcoholic still white wine crafted from 100% Chardonnay sourced from Mâcon in Burgundy, France. Pale gold in the glass, it reveals layered aromas of green apple, citrus, white acacia, and a subtle hint of hazelnut, supported by a delicate spice note.
On the palate, vibrant minerality and crisp acidity define the structure, balanced by a medium-light body and gentle roundness. The finish is clean, precise, and quietly persistent—reflecting both origin and intent.
Produced through a proprietary double fermentation process, this expression preserves its aromatic integrity without the use of added flavors or artificial components. The result is a Chardonnay that remains faithful to its terroir while offering a fully alcohol-free experience.
