Cedea is born at 1,500 metres beneath the Marmolada, filtered through ancient Dolomite rock, and named for a Ladin goddess of life — the language of the valleys it comes from. Naturally alkaline at 130 milligrams per litre: enough mineral content to hold a plate, never enough to interrupt one. Alpine, steady, constant.
This is the bottle the house reaches for when a table wants one water and no decisions. It does not perform. It holds — through an aperitivo, through a meal, through a long afternoon, without ever asking to be discussed.
