Kentucky, undisguised.

Built in Louisville by founder Becca Gardner — a Bourbon Trail native who came home from a decade in New York to do something audacious: craft non-alcoholic whiskey in the heart of bourbon country. The name says it plainly. Nkd. Undisguised. The right to show up as you are, glass in hand.

Real Kentucky bourbon, gently stripped of its proof through cool distillation, then rebuilt with natural aroma and flavor. Oak. Leather. A whisper of apple and maple. Vanilla and caramel running underneath. The pepper at the finish is honest. The heat is real. What you taste was whiskey first.

The Pour

Stir it into a slow Old Fashioned with bitters and a wide orange twist. Pour it long over ice with ginger beer when the evening calls for it. Warm it gently with honey and lemon for a hot toddy on a cold night. It holds its own — the way whiskey is supposed to.
