Most non-alcoholic beers taste like the absence of beer. Ours don't. The breweries we carry — Hitachino Nest in Japan, Baladin in Italy, and others working at the edge of the craft — use full fermentation, classic brewing methods, and the same hop bills they reserve for their flagship releases. Only without the alcohol at the end. The result is beer that holds its own with the meal, on the long afternoon, at the table that wasn't planning on being quiet. Every bottle chosen for what it does, not for what it replaces.
