Amethyst Blueberry Ginger Mint
Lowcountry, in three notes.
Built in the Lowcountry of South Carolina by brothers Billy and Sean Watterson — two distillers who came to this from a working whiskey distillery, and brought all of that craft to a bottle the zero-proof shelf didn't yet have. Founded in 2021. Distilled, not flavored.
Wild blueberry, garden ginger, cool mint — composed into a single three-part pour. Sweet at the front. Warm through the middle. The mint arrives cool at the close, and the ginger leaves a quiet heat behind it. Three notes, each one heard.
The Pour
Pour it long over ice with sparkling water and a sprig of mint — a porch drink, made elegant. Stir it into a julep with muddled blueberries and a squeeze of lemon. Or sip it neat over a single rock, when the afternoon is still and the garden is in bloom.
